Our Story

Founded in 2003, CHollack Consulting was initially focused on providing value through optimization of Oracle E-Business Suite.  Specialties included performance improvements for reports, interfaces, and fast formulas, automating installation of security and program configurations, refining and automating testing approaches, and enabling customers to become self-sufficient by teaching them tools to solve their own problems.

After a few years consulting, Carrie spent over a decade as a customer working for high volume retailers of over $1B revenue and expanded her reach across several HR applications while gaining a personal appreciation for the customer perspective.  She understands the challenges that companies face today, with the rate of technology change increasing more quickly than ever before and with the vast array of HR software options that are available.  Carrie can help you simplify your environment, reduce the time you spend on break/fixes and maintenance, and increase the time you spend on enhancing systems and driving value for your customers -- for HR, for employees, for candidates, and for alumni.
